Public service spin-outs 2014: Needs and wants

This publication focuses on the results of the Institute’s ‘Needs & Wants’ research, which was conducted with the University of Northampton, with the aim of capturing the views of UK spin-out leaders. The report looks at what these organisations would like to see from the next General Election and beyond. It additionally asks critical questions around this fast emerging sector, assessing its needs, wants, challenges and aspirations within public service delivery.

Social Value: A Commissioning Framework, Part 1: Lessons from Lambeth
