24th February: Transition Institute’s Weekly Roundup!

Happy Friday all!

It is this time of the week again – time to gather the most relevant news and articles relating to public sector spin-outs and put them all at your disposal!

This week has been especially prolific in discussions upon the future landscape for spin-outs in the context of the NHS reform as well as the need to enhance social value in public services’ commissioning and delivery.
